JP Morgan executive Jimmy Lee had planned to take over JPM’s Twitter account for a no-holds-barred Q&A on November 14th, but the event was quickly cancelled when an overwhelming barrage of sarcastic and aggressive tweets shuttered JPM’s enthusiasm. Said the account, “Tomorrow’s Q&A is cancelled. Bad idea. Back to the drawing board.”
Users had asked about the bank’s involvement with Mexican drug cartels, the London Whale scandal, and plundering the world economy. Seems like some folks are still mad at the financial industry. Click here to learn more.
