A November 3 Spiegel article says deep divisions are emerging over the European Central Bank’s quantitative easing plans. As one example, it says the president of Germany’s Bundesbank opposes most of the anti-deflation measures proposed by the ECB. Spiegel says the dispute over how to rescue the EU is “becoming increasingly heated” and that the ranks of skeptics are growing within the ECB.
